What made it the right choice for us:
- It's reliable. We can trust that the infrastructure is going to be there when our customers need it, whether that's 2 PM on a Tuesday or 2 AM on a holiday.
- It's close to our users. Most of our customers are in the Philippines, and AWS lets us run the platform from a region that's close enough to feel fast.
- It grows with us. We don't have to think much about what happens when we triple in size. The same setup that handled our first customer scales to many more without rearchitecting anything.
What helped us the most
Looking back, the thing that helped us most wasn't any single tool or service. It was choosing partners that get out of the way.
Kiro lets us focus on what we're building instead of how to build it. AWS lets us focus on the product instead of the platform. Together, they freed us up to spend almost all of our time where it counts — on Tuqlas itself and the people using it.
